McDonald's founder, Ray Kroc, built McDonald's on a foundation of ethical business conduct and Involvement in our local communities. McDonald's owner/operators and company-operated restaurants fulfill these vital commitments every day in many ways.

McDonald's restaurants play many roles in the community, not only is it a great place to eat but McDonald's also sponsors many community programs, supports education and help to assist with the the good works of Ronald McDonald House Charities.

McDonald's owner/operators support education in many ways. They develop and co-sponsor local programs, host fundraisers for their local schools, and provide scholarships and other education assistance for their employees. They are key sources of support for the RMHC scholarship programs.
