Medical and dental insurance is available for purchase by team members who have been employed a minimum of 30 days. McDonald's pays a portion of the monthly premium. This is done on a pre-tax basis through authorized payroll deductions. Team members must be 18 years of age or living independently to qualify.

After one year, employees are eligible for a one-week paid vacation if they average working 25 hours or more per week. After two years, employees are eligible for a two-week paid vacation if they average working 25 hours or more per week.

Tuition assistance is available through a Fort Hays State University, Colby Community College or NCK Technical College Employee Scholarship based on G.P.A. and employment criteria.

Full time employees have the opportunity to purchase company stock through payroll deduction.

Voluntary participation in this tax deferred program with matching employer funds.
