Description: Full Time/Part Time Crew Member - As a ?Part Time/Full Time Crew Member?, you are responsible for learning, understanding, implementing, and maintaining McDonald?s policies and procedures. Description: SALARIED MANAGERS ? As a ?Salaried Manager?, you are responsible for learning, understanding, implementing, and maintaining McDonald?s policies and procedures. You are responsible for managing people, products, and equipment to execute outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value on all assigned shifts. You are responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in executing virtually all aspects of the restaurant operations. You will be expected to work a minimum of 45 hours a week to include weekends and holidays.
