You are responsible for managing people, products, and equipment to execute outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value on all assigned shifts. You are responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in executing virtually all aspects of the restaurant operations. You will be expected to work a minimum of 45 hours a week to include weekends and holidays.
