Description: McDonald's franchisee is seeking highly motivated individuals for all levels of management. As a salaried management team player, you'll play an important role in all areas of the business. This includes restaurant operations, customer satisfaction, sales/profit, employee relations, shift management and team building. A successful candidate will have in excess of one year restaurant experience,understand the importance of serving the customer and possess strong leadership skills. High school diploma is required and some college preferred. We value honesty, integrity, equality and a strong work ethic.

Description: McDonald's franchisee currently has hourly management positions available in the Kansas city area. As an hourly manager, you'll be responsible for restaurant operations during a designated shift. As such, you'll play an important role in many areas of the business, including customer sat, employee relations, shift management and team building.
