General maintenance includes the cleaning and upkeep of the entire restaurant and its surroundings. Inside the restaurant, general maintenance includes cleaning the floors, walls, windows, dining area, restrooms, furniture and fixtures, lighting, counters, stockroom, and signage. Outside the restaurant, general maintenance includes cleaning and upkeep of the building, Drive-thru areas, parking lot, landscaping, signage, sidewalks, and gutters.
